Ri Ri don't play with your food mama!

Just posting one of favourite Rihanna photos from her Hawaii birthday vacation.. So last week I was talking to a fitness instructor at the gym, and he asked me why I'm into the gym so much! So I go Monday to Friday for an hour and a half each morning, and told him I want a figure like Rihanna! He laughed. I'm basically fit and toned now after almost 6 months of vigorous training and low carb regimes.
No more cardio for me it's all about resistance training and boy is it finally fun to work out. If you're wondering what I'm talking about hit up YouTube and type in 'Cardio vs. Resistance Training' and see why I'm staying clear of the treadmills, cross trainers and cardiovascular equipment. Take notes ladies. Look at this photo of Rihanna where she's sitting down, and notice not an ounce of stomach fat rolled over! My point exactly, I know most of the readers of Barbie World are just totally darling and gorgeously fabulous!.. But if you are looking to work out or even add a bit of excitement to your usual routine, definitely look into resistance training and what it involves...
