Jessica Simpson Amazing Weight Loss Results!

I always say it.. I still miss Nick & Jessica together & Newlyweds. I loved that show. Ok Ok. I accept they have both moved on and are happy. Lol.. But I loved those days. *Sniff sniff* Check out Jessica with sister Ashely at Ashley's new clothing line launch in Tampa, Florida last week. Jessica looks great. TMZ always have the deats! After giving birth to daughter Maxwell in May, Jessica Simpson was determined to lose weight, having gained a great deal during pregnancy as most women do.

After religiously following a strict diet for four months, her results are clearly visible. TMZ report that the 32 year old beauty has lost a staggering 60 pounds on a healthy eating plan filled with low-fat smoothies, protein and plenty of vegetables. The dietary plan  focuses on various super low calorie foods - egg white omelettes, chicken satays, whipped chick peas, soba noodles and shrimp skewers.

All sounds yummy. Jessica began a few months after giving birth - in July starting off with a 15-day smoothie diet -  five days of three smoothies a day, gradually introducing healthy low fat snacks and meals. The smoothie and diet snacks are linked below, I'm so going to try - although I don't need to lose weight, I go to the gym 5 days a week and enjoy maintaining a healthy diet with the occassional weakness of - chocolate, ice cream & fried chicken. Not together of course! Lol..

In a recent Weight Watchers commercial Jessica says, 'There is a lot of pressure to lose weight but I'm not a supermodel. I'm just Jessica trying to eat real food in the real world and I really just want to be healthy for my daughter so I knew WeightWatchers was the only way to go..'
