#NewMusicFriday I'm so excited to listen to Jhene Aiko's new album Trip this weekend. Perfect timing. I love her so much her music touches my soul and sparks up nostalgia. Lover her tone, lyrics, everything. So far I'm on track O.L.L.A Only Lovers Left Alive featuring Twenty88, and the album is just pure genius. Amazing.
Trip is a generous 22 track album described as an 'epic, psychedelic journey
beyond the boundaries of R&B,' and features appearances from Brandy '
Ascension,' rumoured bae Big Sean 'Moments,' and daughter Namiko Love also makes an adorable appearance, amongst many others.

journey following the really unfortunate heart-breaking loss of her brother Miyagi 5 years ago. '
My brother and I were very close. We were only two years apart.
I never thought of him as a separate person, but an extension of
myself. He was my reflection. In his presence I was confident and always
so sure.'
