Black lace up booties? Check. Too chic, I could cry. Fred Segal for those of you who don't know is a fashionista's mini heaven lol, it is basically a hotspot and has always been since 1965 for high-end denim, hard-to-find fashion must haves, from fragrance to sports apparel and much more. You would most likely find some really unique stuff there and be mad happy you did, 'specially if your a trendsetter. There are two LA locations, located on Melrose and in Crescent Heights.
