New York Fashion Week has officially begun, with a celebratory party to kick off the annual fashion showcase hosted by E!, ELLE & IMG. Celebs took to the carpet and in particular I loved Olivia Culpo look. Olivia looked stunning in a cut out embellished glitter gown. with matching accessories As the years have gone on I have begun to love elegant and subtle styles more than bold vibrant and colourful, maybe it's a phase lol Olivia was the best dressed for me.
