Draya Michele's measurements are definitely on point, with a super tiny waist and envious hips and curves. In 2014 priorities will be to get fit as part of their New Year's resolution, or in preparation for the summer body for summer 2014. 'I work out as needed. I don’t usually go hard in the gym until I start noticing myself getting out of shape, mostly after holidays. I’ll work out for like a week straight to get back in shape. I have a treadmill in my house so [running] is the fastest and most convenient way for me to tone. I try to cook as much as I can and I don’t necessarily cook healthy, but I use very small portions to keep the calories at bay. I love soda……but my skin and body [don't]. I’m a cheater about once a week.'

'I wake up every morning and step on the scale…..if something changed…..I have to make changes. I think being aware is the first step. Increase your water intake….any amount is better than what you’ve been drinking. Your body and skin will thank you for it in the long run.' This is exactly what I've done whist also working out 4-5 times a week, cutting out sugary treats, and maintaining a low carb high protein and vitamins diet. Seriously works as long as your committed. #EatClean #GetHealthy!
