Dear Dear, former X Factor judge and N-Dubz star has really been through it this month, following her recent arrested on suspicion of supplying cocaine. Tulisa Contostavlos was spotted in Manchester after a trip to the hair salon, and grocery store amidst her current legal troubles. Hopefully things will pan out ok for the 24 year old.
