Mother of 4 Brooklyn, 13, Romeo, 10, Cruz, 7, and Harper 1, Victoria spoke about her work ethic in the exclusive interview, as a busy celebrity Mom and renowned fashion designer. ‘I don’t have to work, I need to work. But I have a good work ethic. David has an incredible work ethic. I want my kids to have a good work ethic. I believe you can achieve anything if you work hard enough to get it.’
The former Spice Girl has also revealed that she is a ‘control freak’ who finds it hard to trust others.. and fears her co-stars and even her husband are more popular than she is. The 38 year old beauty also told Elle that she finds it hard to delegate responsibility while running her Victoria Beckham Collection fashion line.
‘You’ve got to trust people. And because I am a control freak, sometimes that’s difficult for me, because I want to micro-manage absolutely everything. I can’t hand over. But I’m trying to do that more. It’s hard because I have such a specific vision.’ The Beckhams has recently moved back to the UK after David left US football team LA Galaxy in 2012.
