The pad boasts a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom multi-level property on a narrow street high above the Hollywood streets with an elevator and two-car garage, where Chris can keep his $200,000 Lamborghini Gallardo.
It also reveals a transparent party house which has a two-story living room, sleek Italian-crafted kitchen, swimming pool and jacuzzi. A source told Radar Online, 'This is a much better fit for Chris. He won’t have to deal with pesky, nosy neighbors or parking issues. Chris is much happier at his new house.'
