Rihanna kicks ass in her first big screen movie role - Battleship

Rihanna has proved to be fearless taking on her first dramatic role in action packed $200 million dollar movie Battleship. Speaking about her character Navy weapons officer Raikes - she says 'She’s a fighter, she’s a killer, I’m one of the boys. We do everything together. We go on all our missions together.'

During the scenes seen below the team hunt aliens, Rihanna continues, 'These aliens are thugs!' She also paid tribute to the men and women of the armed forces. 'They’re real men and women - everyday heroes, fighting everyday. It’s really good to represent that.'

Battleship will be released May 18, 2012
