Not only has Ms Sparks dropped two dress sizes, but she has also recently completed a run in the Musical Broadway show In The Heights. she recently took to Twitter to reveal her freshly created tat of the word 'Respira' branded on her right-hand rib cage. 'I love it. Respira= Breathe. It's for my time on ITH, the people I met there & a reminder to take a moment when things get crazy. <3,' she commented. The meaning of Respire - Breathe, also reminds me of my favourite duet song with Chris Brown 'No Air.' A Classic.
