Poor Kim Kardashian is said to be extremely upset and shocked at the outcome of the photos for W Magazine. She was under the impression that her goodies would be covered up by some form of digital art for the final published photos. I remember back in 2007 or so, on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim said she would not pose entirely nude for Playboy. Sunday's installment of Kourtney & Kim Take New York showed Kim's reaction to the photos for W Magazine's November issue. 'Oh my God, I'm more naked than I was in Playboy,' she cried, 'I'm so mad right now. She promised I would be covered with artwork. You can see nipple. The whole concept was sold to me that nothing would be seen!' Albeit Kim's initial reaction to the photos she eventually came around saying 'I'm glad I did them,' - all well that ends well. Phew!
