US X Factor executives claim that American viewers may prefer a well known credible American artist to judge the US version of popular talent show X Factor when it launches.They have suggested singers such as Rihanna or Katy Perry. Close friend of Cheryl, Derek Hough stated that nothing has been signed and apparently the producers of the show are still not convinced. Simon at present is doing all he can to sway the minds of his American affiliates. They - on the other hand want to see if Cheryl has what it takes to entertain the viewers, on such a high profiled TV Show which, like the UK will draw millions of spectators. I just hope they inform Cheryl in time, as she is reported to have been interested in buying a $3.5 million dollar home in California near the X Factor studios for this project.
