US Weekly have reported that Kelly Rowland is engaged to her manager Tim Witherspoon! This is great news. The source continued.. 'She has been showing [the ring] off to friends and family and is very happy. She wants to...enjoy [it] and celebrate for a bit longer.' I'm eagerly awaiting official confirmation from the couple, especially Kelly, Ms Rowland was previously engaged to NFL baller Roy Williams. Love has definitely taken over! ;)
