Beyonce, Rita Ora, Drake and Rihanna hit up PHD at the renowned Dream Hotel hosted by party master Diddy and B's hubbie Jay-Z. D’Usse and Ciroc Amaretto flowed throughout the night on the rooftop of the lavish venue it was most definitely turned up and the spot to be that night.
