It has been reported that 'Beautiful Girls' singer Sean Kingston is on the road to a full recovery following a jet ski accident during the Miami Memorial weekend. Sources have announced that Sean is awake, alert and improving everyday. Sean Kingston's family and friends have been visiting him at the Miami hospital he was rushed to on Sunday after suffering from a broken jaw, fractured wrist and water in the lungs. Doctors expect that he will remain in hospital for another couple of weeks. Rest well and get better soon Sean xoxo
